City woman charged with welfare fraud

pWATERTOWN — A city woman is facing multiple charges related to alleged welfare fraud, city police said./ppWynonna A. Mallette, 46, of 102 Boyd St., Apt. 1, turned herself in to authorities at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday.
