DiNapoli on ‘N.Y. Now’

With the state budget freshly passed, the Times Union’s David Lombardo sits down with state Comptroller Tom DiNapoli to talk about the fiscal challenges that await in the rest of the year and beyond. Lombardo then joins WMHT’s Matt Ryan and the TU’s Casey Seiler to discuss the other news of the week, including the EPA’s decision to declare General Electric’s cleanup of the Hudson River largely complete — prompting the state to promise a lawsuit.
