Little Winter Reading Program
March 31 @ 9:00 am - 8:00 pm
We’re trying something new this season – join us for our new and improved Winter Reading Program! Beginning January 2nd, youth ages 0 to 18 are welcome to complete a bingo card of literacy activities. Activities vary based on the age of the reader. And you’re in luck – we have a card designed specifically for ages 0 to 5! Activity options for the Little Winter Reading Program include prompts like turn the pages yourself as you read, build a tower with your books, and find the first letter of your name in the story. We promise you’ll have a fantastic time sharing, learning, and growing alongside your little. 🙂
Each complete bingo will earn the reader 1 prize ticket which may be entered into any drawing the reader chooses. The last day to claim prize tickets is March 31st. Winners will be drawn during the first week of April.
To participate simply stop by the library, grab the correct bingo card, and start the challenge! No registration is necessary. The Winter Reading Program is completely free and open to the public. Have other questions? Call 315.785.7709 or stop by the library today!
