pWATERTOWN — City police have charged a man with trespassing after he allegedly refused to leave the Colonial Laundromat early Wednesday morning./ppDale C. Groff, 43, of 123 S. Rutland St., was arrested at the laundromat on Massey Street at 1:08 a.m. after he allegedly refused to leave the premises./ppHe was charged with third-degree criminal trespass and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, for allegedly having suboxone.
