pWATERTOWN — A Watertown woman was sentenced on Tuesday in a Jefferson County courtroom to 1½ to 3 years in state prison after pleading guilty to third-degree attempted possession of a weapon./ppTimi L. Thrasher, 42, of 168 Sterling St., Apt. 2, admitted that she pointed a knife at another woman and made threats during an Aug. 9 incident./ppShe was sentenced as a second-felony offender after being convicted in a forged-instrument case in March 2013./ppIn other cases on Tuesday before Judge Kim H. Martusewicz:/ppJames R. Fooks Jr., 29, Syracuse, pleaded guilty to a forcible touching charge stemming from an Aug. 10 incident in the town of Rutland./ppHe will be sentenced to six years probation on Jan. 23./ppRobert J. Gibbs, 42, Watertown, pleaded guilty to third-degree of criminal possession of a controlled substance./ppHe admitted that he possessed heroin on Oct. 26 in the city of Watertown.
