In a ‘concession’ to history, grass-roots effort saves Ellisburg building

ELLISBURG — The concession stand at the village park here has a meager 16-by-16 footprint. But the community effort to restore the landmark, which has links to pre-Southwick Beach State Park days, has been enormous in stature.
