Syracuse, N.Y. — At the Vernon Verona Sherrill Invitational on Oct. 12, Tully junior Anna Congelli ran with Skaneateles junior Lucy Fleckenstein for the majority of the race, only to run out of energy in the final 600 meters because of a hot start. Fleckenstein edged her by five seconds to win the meet.
